This button allows the read process to temporarily be put on hold, making it possible to re-read patches, or strips that may have erroneous readings.

This section indicates which patches are being read.

This section provides instruction and status of swatch readings.

Select your device and click [Setup] to configure your device, or click [Calibrate] to calibrate the device. See Configure Devices for more information.

Choose [Export] to export the readings to a [Density Text File] (for linearization data) or a [Lab Text File] (for ICC Profile data). Once the readings have been exported, you may re-read the data without having to use the physical color device that read in the data originally. To read in data from a text file, use the[ Density Text File] device or the[ Lab Text File] device.
